Chicken Kebab

Chicken Kebab
Ingredients:

1 kg chicken
4 Tsp Curds( Thick)
1 Tsp Corn flour
1 Tsp Tandoori Masala
1Tsp Ginger paste
1 Tsp Garlic paste
2 Tsp Chilli powder
1 Lemon (juice)
Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Chop Chicken in medium pieces.
  • Marinate Chicken with Chilli powder, Tandoori masala, Garlic paste, Ginger masala, Corn flour, Yogurt and Salt for about a hour.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the chicken.
  • Sprinkle Lemon juice over chicken.
